This role supports the Engineering and Technical Services function and emphasizes safe, reliable building operations with on-call availability. You will service RTUs, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, VAV systems, pumps, and related equipment while leveraging BAS controls and CMMS for work orders and reporting.
