Pfefferle Management is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of residential properties. The role focuses on general maintenance, routine repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas in excellent condition.
Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC operation, and grounds maintenance. A valid driver’s license and strong teamwork are required, with on-call weekend responsibilities every third weekend.
