- Remote Troubleshooting for elevator systems via phone and email
- Support field technicians with step-by-step guidance using schematics and manuals
- Ensure code compliance for residential elevator installations
- Provide parts quotes and coordinate with vendors
- Assist with modernization projects for legacy elevator systems
- Deliver training to installation technicians
- Document issues, track KPIs, and support call-center operations
- Build strong customer relationships and provide clear, professional communication
