Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our high-speed manufacturing operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment to ensure safe, reliable performance and minimal downtime. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, assist with installations and changeovers, and work closely with production teams. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production equipment on 3rd shift.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment life.
• Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, meters, and PLC interfaces.
• Document maintenance activities, parts used, and work orders in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, and support a safe work environment.
• Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and upgrades.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements.
