L&S Truck Center is a local, family run, Medium/Heavy Duty truck dealership that is looking for an experienced Military Vehicle Mechanic who wants to join our Service team. We are committed to continue growing our Dealership with a forward thinking, dedicated Military Vehicle Mechanic with a drive and willingness to produce quality workmanship.
Hire On Bonus: $2,000.00
Hours:
7am – 3:30pm (5 days a week)
Full Time | No nights | Holidays off
Pay: $26 - $31 per hour

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks after repairs
Collaborate with other personnel to share knowledge and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Stay up to date on the latest advancements in technology and complete training as required.
Respond promptly to emergency repairs and provide quick and effective solutions
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive or military vehicle maintenance is preferred
Strong understanding of military vehicle systems and components
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in the maintenance of military vehicles
Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Physical fitness and agility to perform tasks in various environmental conditions
Understanding of military regulations and safety procedures
