Job description:
L&S Truck Center is a local, family run, Medium/Heavy Duty truck dealership that is looking for an experienced Military Vehicle Mechanic who wants to join our Service team. We are committed to continue growing our Dealership with a forward thinking, dedicated Military Vehicle Mechanic with a drive and willingness to produce quality workmanship.
Hire On Bonus: $2,000.00Hours: 7am – 3:30pm (5 days a week)
Full Time | No nights |Holidays off
Pay: $26 - $31 per hour

- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks after repairs
- Collaborate with other personnel to share knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in technology and complete training as required.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and provide quick and effective solutions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive or military vehicle maintenance is preferred
- Strong understanding of military vehicle systems and components
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in the maintenance of military vehicles
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical fitness and agility to perform tasks in various environmental conditions
- Understanding of military regulations and safety procedures
