Responsibilities- Execute complex repairs on major household units including refrigeration systems, laundry equipment, and cooking appliances to restore peak performance.
- Deliver high-quality service experiences by clearly explaining technical issues and providing transparent repair solutions to homeowners.
- Conduct comprehensive system inspections to identify potential failures before they occur, extending the lifespan of customer equipment.
- Maintain precise digital documentation of service history, component replacements, and diagnostic findings to ensure service accuracy.
- Continuously refine your technical expertise by mastering emerging appliance technologies and advanced diagnostic methodologies.
- Collaborate with the broader technical team to optimize service workflows and elevate overall customer satisfaction metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated professional experience in appliance diagnostics and mechanical repair.
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professional customer service.
- Proven ability to manage a mobile service schedule independently.
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
- Formal technical training or vocational certification in appliance repair.
- Active EPA Type 1 certification for refrigerant handling.
- Experience utilizing specialized diagnostic software and tools.
