* JOB DESCRIPTION:
*** Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors
* Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
* Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation

* QUALIFICATIONS:
*** MUST have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and good driving record
* At least one year window and door installation experience
* Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors a major plus
* General tool knowledge
* General knowledge of safety practices
* Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
* Must be comfortable with heights and able to work on ladders and/or scaffolding
* Must be able to work in any type of weather conditions
