Pay or shift range: $50,000 USD to $60,000 USD

The CSL Program Manager is responsible for directing and supporting all aspects of operations for Community Supported Living in their region. The CSL Program Manager will work with key functional areas to ensure quality supports and budget compliance and is responsible for the implementation of Individual and Behavioral Support Plans, supervision of individuals’ supports and overseeing ongoing development of programs.
Counties covered:
Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, and Waupaca
- Supervises the Direct Support Professionals in individuals’ homes and apartments and is responsible for training, supervision, scheduling and performance appraisals of the Direct Support Professionals working in these programs.
- Ensures the needs and desires of the individuals are met or exceeded through targeted use of staff. May work directly with individuals, including ADLs, assisting with medical appointments, emergency treatment, transportation, community connections/integration and other supports.
- Manages personnel and ensures staff coverage of the program at all times. Provides on‑call support and care to those supported when other staff are unavailable.
- Creates and maintains a safe environment in the home that meets the needs and preferences of the individuals while complying with policies, regulations, and all federal, state and local laws.
- Establishes and maintains strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, Care Program Managers, guardians, family members, neighbors and community members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or higher.
- 1–3 years of experience managing behaviors and diverse medical needs.
- Strong leadership and development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of managing a budget.
- Flexibility – available 24/7 to meet program needs.
- Work performed in a variety of environments – community‑based and office. May involve light to moderate lifting, bending, walking, and traveling.
