Residential Care Staff

Lutheran Social Services is seeking compassionate Residential Care Staff to support adults in a group home setting. In this role, you will provide direct care, supervision, and daily living assistance, helping residents with personal care, meals, and household tasks while promoting dignity and independence. You will monitor safety and behavior, follow individualized care plans, assist with medications, and document services accurately.

Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered environment, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident goals, stability, and quality of life.
