Mental Health Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services is seeking Mental Health Support Staff to provide compassionate, hands-on support to adults and families in behavioral health and housing programs. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living skills, community integration, and goal achievement while closely monitoring wellbeing and documenting progress. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you'll help implement individualized service plans, support recovery and stability, and promote a safe, respectful environment.
