The Crisis Housing team at Pillars Inc. seeks full‑time advocates for evening shifts (4pm–Midnight or 3pm–11pm) at its Appleton, WI sites. The role covers the Adult & Family Shelter, the Adult Shelter or the Resource Center, ensuring safety and serving as the first contact for clients and volunteers.
Responsibilities include intake/exit processes, HMIS data entry, daily client assistance, and collaboration with community partners to promote independence. Weekend availability may be required.
