Outagamie County is seeking a dedicated Social Worker for Brewster Village to meet psychosocial and social wellness needs of residents in a team-based environment. The role reports to the Social Services Manager and includes assessments, care plan development, and coordination of treatment plans.
The position is full-time, 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday with no weekends or on-call. On-site work only, with options to contribute to guardianship and advance directives as needed.
