Brewster Village is looking for dedicated and compassionate caregivers who want to work in a team-based environment, where person directed living is our top priority. Under direct supervision of the Life Enrichment Manager, the Life Enrichment Specialist works cooperatively with villagers, families and coworkers to create a household environment that promotes villager directed living.

The Life Enrichment Specialist coordinates life enrichment opportunities based on villagers' choice to enhance their sense of well being and to promote physical, cognitive and emotional health. These include but are not limited to: self esteem, pleasure, comfort, education, creativity, success and independence. The hours for this position are Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and include an every other weekend (Saturday AND Sunday) rotation along with shared holidays.
