As an Account Coordinator for Freez Pak Logistics, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of customer accounts and ensure the smooth execution of logistics operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and transportation partners.

• Support the effective management of customer accounts and ensure smooth execution of operations.
• Ensure that all information on customer accounts is accurate in our system.
• Effectively communicate and partner with other internal team, clients and transportation partners.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience with customer service, logistics coordination, or account management role within the 3PL or logistics industry preferred.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
