OTR Truck Driver CDL A

Overview

Ameri Lux Transportation, LLC is looking for CDL Drivers to match our tremendous customer growth. Are you a road warrior looking to stay out on the road racking up the miles? Do you enjoy seeing new things and visiting with new customers every day? Our OTR role operates throughout the Midwest with haul lengths of 350+ miles. In this role, drivers would be out 5 1/2 days.

• 99.9% No Touch freight
• Steady, consistent & predictable customer base
• Consistent customer freight, very few brokered loads
• Personal communication – no dispatch hold music
• Late‑model tractors, age of fleet
• 53' dry vans, no reefers
• 2,500 – 3,500 miles per week
• A family‑owned business committed to doing right by our drivers
• Salary: $84,000 – $100,000
• Pay: safe driver bonus pay, profit sharing, hazmat incentive bonus

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Must have a DOT physical on file, pass substance abuse screening, pre‑employment and random checks
• Ability to work well with other team members
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to continuous safety improvement
• Ability to operate according to all state and federal laws
