Spencer Concrete is hiring full-time Class B CDL Equipment Operators in Appleton, WI. You'll haul materials, run equipment, and support the crew from start to finish — delivering sand, gravel, and concrete with a dump truck, then hopping into a skid steer or compactor for grading, backfill, and cleanup. It's hands-on, all-local work that keeps every job moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive a dump truck to transport materials (sand, gravel, concrete, etc.) to and from job sites
• Operate truck safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic and safety regulations
• Follow GPS or maps to reach job sites on time and efficiently
• Ensure the truck is loaded and unloaded properly to avoid damage or spills
• Assist in site preparation and material handling as needed
• Maintain truck cleanliness and complete regular safety inspections
• Communicate with the crew to coordinate delivery times and materials
• Ensure materials are delivered and unloaded according to project specifications

What We're Looking For:

• Class A or B CDL required
• 2+ years of experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Excellent driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong physical endurance for long shifts and heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Pay & Perks:

• $24–$32/hr depending on experience
