Key Responsibilities- Perform troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non‑routine maintenance on customer aircraft in compliance with technical data, maintenance program requirements, FAA regulations, and customer standards.
- Interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine repair methods for malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Complete all documentation and computer‑based reporting accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with customer maintenance control to safely and efficiently return aircraft to service.
- Obtain RII qualifications as required.
- Monitor and promote a strong safety culture; operate all ground support equipment responsibly.
- Maintain control of assigned tools, equipment, materials, and manage time and resources efficiently.
- Assist leadership with daily workflow planning, task assignments, training, and team prioritization.
- Provide guidance to technicians and help resolve routine technical issues.
- Valid Driver's License
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of transport‑category aircraft maintenance experience; at least 2 years in line maintenance with an airline or MRO
- Minimum 2 years Boeing aircraft maintenance experience
- Strong problem‑solving abilities; able to work effectively under pressure with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and documentation
- Proven leadership and teamwork abilities; sound judgment and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency with tools, gauges, and related equipment
- Knowledge of ramp operations, hazardous material handling, and disposal
- Proficiency in Wings and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed
- Degree in aviation or related technical field
- Boeing 767 General Familiarization certification
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and perform tasks in tight positions for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, twist, and work at heights up to 60 feet
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and perform overhead tasks for extended periods
- Ability to safely use hand tools in various environments
- Ability to work with respiratory equipment as required
