We have an exciting opportunity for a CDL Driver located in Appleton, WI.

How You Will Contribute

Duties of this position include making deliveries with various commercial motor vehicles (semi‑tractor, straight truck, pick‑up truck + trailer), truck‑mounted forklifts, and loading trucks and trailers. As a team member with the Central Delivery Operation, this specific CDL driver position will be based out of our Appleton, WI, fabrication shop. In addition to the delivery responsibilities outlined, additional work in the shop may include material handling, staging, and loading trailers for pick‑up.

This is a full‑time position with variable start/end times based on delivery schedules.

What You Need To Qualify
  • Valid CDL Class A with airbrake endorsement and current DOT medical card.
  • Clean driving record with no major moving violations, including drug or alcohol offenses.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and meeting required norms on aptitude tests.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, bend, and crouch throughout an 8‑hour shift.
  • Strong mechanical skills and good problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Commitment to acquiring industry‑specific knowledge and displaying a positive attitude.
  • Adherence to safety regulations, including use of hearing, hand, knee, and foot safety equipment.
  • HAZMAT endorsement is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic Hours of Service logging applications is a plus.
  • OSHA 30‑hour preferred; company will train as needed.
