Role OverviewDelivering for America, One Mile at a Time. We are looking for a Commercial Truck Driver with a Class A CDL to run dedicated Fed Ex Linehaul positions and drive the nation's economy forward.

- Operate tractor‑trailer combination, including doubles and triples where applicable.
- Perform daily pre‑trip and safety inspections on equipment.
- Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies to/from a tractor and/or trailer.
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and comply with hazardous material regulations.
- Follow dispatch instructions, communicate with dispatch, and demonstrate internal and external customer service.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid Class A CDL and valid Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). examiner certificate.
- Valid doubles endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
- Pass a DOT CDL drug screen and criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to hook‑up and break‑down sets of trailers that require an average lift force of about 100 pounds.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and bend, twist, squat, and climb in and out of the truck.
- Ability to follow instructions, complete required training, and perform other duties as required.
- Must meet all DOT regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier (FMC) regulations.
- Must have acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
- Must have at least one of the following levels of driving experience:
- Six (6) months of verifiable driving experience in the previous three (3) years in a commercial motor vehicle and completion of a qualified driver training course.
- One (1) year of verifiable driving experience in the previous three (3) years in a commercial motor vehicle.
- Five (5) years of verifiable driving experience in the previous ten (10) years in a commercial motor vehicle.
Various shifts. Same day return travel. Full‑time position.
Educational RequirementHigh school diploma or GED required.
