As a Delivery Driver, you are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering premium grocery and catering orders to customers’ homes, businesses, and event locations. You represent the store’s commitment to quality, hospitality, and professionalism with every interaction. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset.

• Load, transport, and deliver grocery and catering orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all items are handled with care and arrive in excellent condition.
• Greet customers warmly and provide courteous, helpful service during deliveries.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery times, order details, and any issues.
• Set up and tear down catering orders when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs.
• Verify order contents before departure and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Handle payments or signatures when required, following store protocols.
• Coordinate with store departments (e.g., kitchen, catering, guest services) to ensure timely order readiness.
• Assist with packaging and staging or deliveries during peak times.
• Assist with shopping orders when needed.

This is a casual part‑time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours vary between 6:00am - 9:00pm.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain Serv Safe certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required and be within the guidelines of Kohler Co. corporate insurance policy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with GPS and route planning tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs or small spaces.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly range for this position is $15.20 - $17.50. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate’s education and work location.
