Truck Driver - Flex Class A

Immediate Opportunities:
Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Average $120,000 annually. $5,000 retention bonus. Travel required, up to 100 percent. Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral.

• Drive regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment.
• Drivers can expect to be away from home 2-3 weeks per assignment.
• Drivers will travel to assigned location and work there for the duration of the work assignment.

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency (required by 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Work the required schedule and specific location. Complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
• Role is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; requires constant alertness and safe manner. Must accept responsibility for own safety and safety of others.

• Must meet physical and mental demands described. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
• Must be able to see and hear. Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, adjust focus.
• Must move frequently, stand, walk and sit; use hands. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg, and occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area.
