Spencer Concrete is hiring a full-time CDL Dump Truck Driver in Appleton, WI. Every route ends back home — no overnights, no long‑haul grind, just steady local miles hauling sand, gravel, and concrete materials to and from job sites across the Fox Valley. You'll drive well‑maintained equipment, work alongside a tight crew, and play a role that keeps every project moving forward.

• Drive a dump truck to transport sand, gravel, concrete, and other materials to and from local job sites
• Operate the truck safely and efficiently in compliance with all DOT and traffic regulations
• Follow GPS or maps to reach job sites on time and route efficiently
• Ensure proper loading and unloading to avoid damage, spills, or overweight tickets
• Assist with site preparation and material handling as needed
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep the truck clean and in safe operating condition
• Communicate with crew and dispatch to coordinate delivery times and material flow
• Deliver materials to project specifications, every time

• Class B CDL required (Class A is a plus)
• 2+ years driving dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety practices
• Excellent driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying Wisconsin weather
• Strong physical endurance for long shifts and material handling
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player — your crew counts on you

• $24–$32/hr based on experience
