Overview
We are a transportation platform for people with disabilities and the aging population. Drivers can use a vehicle provided by Carepool at an hourly rate or use their own car. Work on your own schedule on a project basis. Our software platform works similarly to driving Uber, with some riders scheduled regularly. Partner with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.

- Provide safe transportation for riders, with emphasis on safety and reliability.
- Operate a vehicle (provided by Carepool or your own) and earn hourly or per-ride compensation.
- Support scheduled rides and build trusting relationships with riders and families.
- Coordinate with other drivers to cover shifts as needed.
- Maintain professional and courteous conduct consistent with platform standards.
- Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
- 100% clean driving record (minor tickets allowed only infrequently, per policy).
- Must be at least 21 years old and have over 5 years of driving experience.
- Healthcare-specific experience and 1 year of professional driving experience are preferred.
