CDL Driver

Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm / 6:00 pm

* depending on delivery schedule*

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00/HR

Duties:

• Move trailers in and out of docks during the first half of the workday

• Make local deliveries between Oshkosh and Green Bay in the second half of the day

• Transport finished goods safely and efficiently according to the delivery schedule

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and partners

• Follow designated truck routes with no unauthorized passengers or stops

• Relay customer information to supervisors as needed

• Verify pallet counts and initial delivery tickets before submitting them

• Operate forklifts to load delivery vehicles and assist with unloading incoming trailers and rail cars

• Clean delivery vans after each delivery and clean the inside of the tractor weekly

• Inspect tractors, trucks, and trailers before use to ensure safe fluid levels and proper equipment condition

• Report accidents or licensing/health changes immediately and assist with any required investigations

• Submit maintenance requests for any equipment not in proper working condition

• Make early or late deliveries when required by customer needs

• Notify the company of delays if running more than one hour behind schedule

• Assist production personnel when not performing deliveries or loading/unloading tasks

• Perform physical tasks including sitting, walking, bending, and twisting for extended periods

• Read and use a tape measure accurately

• Follow all facility safety requirements at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license with a safe driving record

• Experience operating semi‑tractors, vans, and flatbeds

• Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading

• Strong communication skills for relaying customer and delivery information

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written documentation

• Physical ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the day

• Commitment to safety and adherence to all driving and facility regulations

• Dependable and punctual with the ability to work a consistent schedule

• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to assist production when needed
