Marco’s Pizza Delivery Driver — Job Description

Marco’s Pizza Delivery Drivers are responsible for transporting pizzas and other menu items from the restaurant to customers’ homes or workplaces, ensuring accurate, prompt, and high-quality deliveries

• Order Fulfillment: Take accurate orders, answer customer questions, and execute special requests .
• Preparation Support: In some roles, assist with preparing pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings, and keeping the delivery process efficient
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous service, representing the brand positively to customers
• Delivery Execution: Safely and efficiently deliver orders to the correct location, maintaining the condition of the food.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the assigned vehicle in safe, clean, and professional condition
• Time Management: Meet delivery schedules, especially during peak hours (e.g., dinner service from 5–8 PM
