Requirements- Lead with Safety:
Promote a safety-first culture through training, briefings, and policy enforcement. - Team Leadership:
Manage Non-CDL Drivers, onboarding, performance management, and operational support. - Hands-On Support:
Step in as needed to maintain efficient route operations and ensure smooth service. - Enhance Service Quality:
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service. - Coaching & Performance:
Conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching, and remove operational barriers to ensure success. - Optimize Operations:
Ensure compliance with industry standards and improve route sequencing for efficiency. - Fleet Management:
Oversee truck maintenance and manage delivery/pick-up logistics. - Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, focusing on customer retention and customer growth through securing contract renewals and identifying upselling opportunities. - Accounts Receivable:
Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve any service-related issues.
- Experience in route operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
