As a screen print shipping/receiving associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by receiving and maintaining inventory on incoming products and shipping out completed product that will ultimately end up in our customers’ hands.

• Interpret work orders and job aids effectively to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Assist in unloading and sorting of incoming products via UPS, Fed Ex, and all other carriers.
• Receive, inspect, count, and ensure accuracy of each incoming order and enter the data in our system.
• Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders.
• Communicate effectively with supplier operations for order changes and cancellations.
• Put away received orders into assigned staging locations.
• Help with replenishing/picking up empty bins and pallets from various locations throughout the Screen Print Facility.
• Help perform weekly follow‑ups on past‑due orders in the staging area.
• Act as backup for the replacement stock orders.
• Perform entire shipping process for timely delivery to our customers.
• Be knowledgeable in all carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) shipping processes and methods.
• Ensure order information for each package is correctly entered into the shipping system.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Assist in other areas when needed and when time allows.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior data entry and computer experience.
• Desirable:
  Previous inventory experience preferred.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Requires standing throughout the day.
• Ability to physically handle large volumes of packages in a fast‑paced environment.

Drug testing will include tests for Marijuana (THC), Cocaine Metabolites, Phencyclidine, Amphetamines (Class), Opiate Metabolites. 4imprint has a drug‑free workplace policy.

Work will be performed at 4imprint, Appleton. H-1B or other work authorization visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.
