Warehouse Worker

Job Location:

Appleton Distribution Center - Appleton, WI 54915. Position Type:
Full Time. Salary: $22.00 - $22.00 Hourly.

Shift(s): 2-2-3 non-rotating 6:30am to 6:00pm.

Pay:
Base rate of $20/hour, plus a $2/hour shift premium. Performance incentive programs also available.

As a Warehouse Worker at our Appleton Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! With a comprehensive paid 2‑week training program and ongoing mentorship, we give you the skills and confidence to succeed in a safety‑sensitive role.

• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Safety First:
  Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work independently or alongside others to meet high‑demand workloads with precision and efficiency.
• Inventory Management:
  Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment.

• Positive Attitude & Work Ethic:
  Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team.
• Dependability:
  Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to lift 50‑60 pounds safely and work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Experience:
  
  Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need.
