- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material‑handling machinery.
- Basic computer skills with experience using inventory tracking or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb for extended periods.
- Load, unload, move, and transport inventory, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, crate, palletize, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
- Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures.
