Appleton, WI

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material‑handling machinery.
  • Basic computer skills with experience using inventory tracking or warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials throughout the workday.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb for extended periods.
Job Duties
  • Load, unload, move, and transport inventory, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, crate, palletize, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
  • Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures.
