Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Warehouse work in Appleton, WI is calling - and we're hiring Shipping and Receiving Associate workers who don't mind sweating a little to keep freight moving. This isn't button-pushing. It's muscle, hustle, and teamwork.

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, logistics, inventory control, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Forklift experience or certification preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with inventory systems, handheld scanners, and computer software
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate warehouse equipment

• Receive, inspect, store, and manage inventory according to company procedures
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Process incoming shipments, customer returns, and inventory transactions
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory adjustments
• Organize warehouse storage locations and optimize inventory flow
• Build shipping materials, crates, and protective packaging as needed
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Assist with inventory investigations, material disposition, and warehouse projects
• Maintain inventory records, item data, and shipping documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required
• Assist with developing work instructions and operational procedures
