Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support our warehouse operations by safely receiving, moving, storing, packaging, and shipping medical imaging equipment and components. You will work with specialized equipment including forklifts and box trucks while helping maintain accurate inventory and preparing systems for shipment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and wants to build a career in a growing healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely load, unload, move, and stage large medical imaging systems and components throughout the warehouse
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stand‑up order pickers, hand trucks, and other material‑handling equipment
  • Receive incoming shipments and prepare inventory for inspection, storage, or shipment
  • Install and de‑install medical imaging systems within the warehouse as needed
  • Drive a 26‑foot box truck to transport systems and parts between company facilities
  • Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate storage locations
  • Build crates, pallets, and custom packaging to protect equipment during storage and transportation
  • Record inventory movements and transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Create, review, and follow work instructions while supporting ISO 13485 quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds (team lifting available for heavier equipment)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Willingness to become DOT certified and operate a 26‑foot box truck
Nice to Have
  • 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling experience
  • Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience
  • Experience working with inventory management systems
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or medical equipment environments
  • Familiarity with ISO or regulated quality environments

Work Environment

This role is based in our Appleton, WI warehouse, where you will work around forklifts, warehouse equipment, and large medical imaging systems. Warehouse temperatures may vary throughout the year, and team members are expected to follow OSHA regulations, ISO 13485 quality standards, and all company safety procedures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the task.
