How Your Role Fits InAs a Warehouse Worker/Operations Coordinator at our Grand Chute Distribution Center, you are more than just an equipment operator – you’re an MVP of our team! Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You’ll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success.
WOW Logistics is a drug free workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.
- Order Fulfillment:
Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) - Load Coordination:
Oversee the scheduling and movement of all loads entering and leaving the distribution center - Safety First:
Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies - Data Entry:
Accurately enter inventory data, create invoices, and generate bills of lading - Team
Collaboration:
Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency - Problem Solving:
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, while maintaining quality control - Inventory Management:
Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment - Customer Communication:
Maintain clear communication with customers, truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse employees through email, phone, and/or in person

Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team - Dependability:
Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency - Physical Capability:
Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Experience:
Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need!
