Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule Options
  • Monday
    - Thursday, 4:00am - 2:30pm or until work is completed
  • Monday
    - Friday, 4:00am - 12:30pm or until work is completed

Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Overtime required as needed. Mandatory overtime is required through the months of September through end of December.

Job Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
  • Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; for commercial tires perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Work safely at heights up to 25 feet on stock racks while operating equipment.
  • Remain on the move, working on feet for extended periods and willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
  • May assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.
  • Perform other job‑related tasks and follow instructions given by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical demands:
The employee must be able to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds; may need to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Team lifting and mechanical equipment should be used for commercial tires. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline.

All equipment except boot is provided by U.S. Auto Force.

Work environment may expose employee to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
  • 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
  • Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Ability to pass forklift certification.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
