Inventory Control Specialist

• Conductsdaily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory items.
• Follows established cycle counting schedules and procedures.
• Accurately recordscount data and updatesinventory systems.
• Identifies and investigatesinventory discrepancies and variances.
• Collaborates with materials and inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintains high levels of accuracy in inventory records.
• Ensures all inventory adjustments are properly documented and authorized.
• Assistsin the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Maintainsorganized and up-to-date records of cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to pass forklift certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and data entry.

• Some physical demand;often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
