The Warehouse Associate at Renew Wellness Brands LLC plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position is responsible for managing the flow of products and materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall logistics of the company. The Warehouse Associate contributes to the seamless functioning of the supply chain, ensuring that products are stored, handled, and dispatched in a timely and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store products in designated areas, maintaining orderliness and accessibility.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve issues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to warehouse operations.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, as required.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
