As a Fulfillment Helper, your primary responsibility is to assist in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders within a warehouse or distribution center setting. Your role is essential in supporting the overall logistics and supply chain operations of the organization.

• Pick and Pack:
  Assist in picking items from designated locations within the warehouse based on customer orders and packing them securely for shipping.
• Inventory Management:
  Help in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory systems as needed.
• Quality Control:
  Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.
• Shipping and Receiving:
  Assist with loading and unloading shipments, checking for damages, verifying quantities, and preparing items for outbound delivery.
• Organization:
  Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to promote a safe and compliant workplace.
• Customer Service:
  Contribute to a positive customer experience by accurately fulfilling orders in a timely manner and addressing any order-related issues promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
