Fitter, Installation Technician

Fitter in Ar Rabiyah, Kuwait

We are looking for a Fitter to join our organization in Ar Rabiyah. This position is based on a full-time role, with salary of 1100. We are open to considering an applicant from abroad.

• A technical or engineering qualification in a related field;
• Knowledge and experience of working with a range of materials and equipment;
• Ability to use hand tools and machinery;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Strong manual dexterity;
• Team working abilities.

No previous experience is necessary, although it would be desirable. The Fitter will be responsible for performing repairs, replacements, and installations of machines and equipment in accordance with specifications as well as maintaining relevant documentation. The Fitter will also be required to liaise with technicians, engineers, and other staff members in order to ensure the successful completion of tasks. The successful candidate should have good knowledge of safety procedures.
