To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Injection Molding Industrialization Engineer in our plant in [[location]]. Ready to shape the future with us? Here's what you'll be driving:

• Ownership for industrialization of soldering and coating processes, from quotation phase to equipment reception
• Prepare technical quotations, budgets, and industrialization plans for new projects
• Review and validate technical documentation including DFM, MPPS, PFMEA, line layouts, and equipment specifications
• Manage equipment acquisition and reception, including Design Reviews and final acceptance
• Provide technical support to improve production process performance (OEE) and reduce operational costs
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process transfers between locations

Could you be the one we're looking for? Do you have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in a relevant technical field). 4–6 years of professional experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge of soldering and coating processes, IPC-A-610 standards, APQP, and PPAP. Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, analytical thinking, creativity, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
