Reports To: Store Manager

• Lead with Purpose – manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development.
• Coach & Grow Your Team – hire and develop team members through hands‑on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Protect & Maintain Our Facility – keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail.
• Drive Performance – monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results.
• Champion Safety & Compliance – ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.
• Be the Culture – lead by example, live the Bubbles Express values, and build a positive, high‑energy environment where your team thrives.

• At least 2 years of management experience in customer service, retail or hospitality (Required).
• Point of Sale Knowledge.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

The position pays $15‑$19/HR depending on your experience (including bonuses after certification):

• $2 an hour raise after certification
