Soldering Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 05:00pm)

• Perform soldering of electronic components, wires, and circuit boards using hand tools and soldering stations.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify defects and report issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
• Operate and maintain basic soldering equipment and tools.
• Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 1st shift: 6:30am to 5:00pm
• Monday thru Thursday
• Overtime Mandatory
• Basic understanding of electronics and circuit board assembly.
• Ability to sit or stand.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
