Your Impact Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machinery to meet part specs and timelines.

Monitor production runs for consistency, quality, and output.

Handle routine preventive maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting.

Inspect completed work to verify accuracy against drawings and standards.

Share ideas with the team to streamline setups and shorten cycle times.

Keep work areas organized and compliant with shop standards.

Log production data and communicate issues to supervisors.

What Helps You Succeed High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification a plus.

Previous CNC operating experience.

Working knowledge of CNC equipment and introductory programming.

Fluency in reading blueprints and technical documentation.

Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.

Team-first approach with the ability to work independently when needed.

Effective communication and a solution-oriented attitude.
