Job Title and Overview

Plastic Assembly Team member will receive on‑the‑job training in a fast‑paced production environment. The role includes material handling, product assembly, and collaboration with a team that values positivity and safety.

8‑hour shift, no rotating schedules. 1st Shift: 8 am–4 pm, 2nd Shift: 4 pm–12 am, 3rd Shift: 12 am–8 pm. All shifts include paid lunch. Pay ranges from $660 to $884 per week, with a $2 first raise after 90 days and future raises and bonuses.

• Lift and assemble plastic products up to 45 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and work for 8–10 hours.
• Follow production and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist teammates and share a positive attitude.
• Work overtime as needed;
  Sundays are not scheduled.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Background check required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Must be at least 5 ft 8 in tall.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a team environment.
