CNC Operator II

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Operator II to join our team at our facility in Arab, AL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the production of our components. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Provide guidance and training to other CNC operators.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and tools.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.

Minimum of five years of experience operating CNC machines.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
