Commercial Roofing Traveling Production Superintendent

Overview

On-site role; projects typically in Halethorpe, MD area. Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., delivering quality, safety, and customer satisfaction nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Traveling Production Superintendent to oversee project installation from start to finish.

• Coordinate project activities and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for new and reroof projects.
• Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress.
• Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites.
• Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control.
• Travel required within assigned regions.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing installation experience.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.
• Basic computer skills;
  Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• English fluency required;
  Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

• Full-time, salaried position: $75K–$85K + incentives.
