About Us:
We are a growing freight forwarding company specializing in RORO and container shipping logistics. As we expand, we’re seeking a seasoned, outgoing, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team for the long haul.
Role Overview:
This is not an entry-level position. You’ll be the voice of our company—handling inbound calls from customers regarding new bookings, shipment updates, schedules, and occasional complaints. While we have a dedicated team for phone routing and data entry, we need someone who can confidently manage conversations, build rapport with clients, and learn our internal systems and procedures.
- Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls with professionalism and clarity
- Provide accurate information on bookings, schedules, and shipment updates
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Learn and support basic data entry tasks as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in logistics or shipping)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to logistics systems and procedures
- Friendly, proactive, and dependable personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
