Responsibilities
- Ensure walk‑in customer satisfaction, including but not limited to:
- Sales order entry for point‑of‑sale orders
- Handling customer requests for merchandise return credits, account balance information, and account payments
- Pick, pack, invoice and load customer orders
- Payment processing (cash, check, credit card)
- Receptionist duties at the front lobby workstation involving face‑to‑face customer service
- Assisting with filing sales invoices
- Assisting with outbound telemarketing functions
- Assist with next‑day delivery orders (sales order entry, merchandise credit pickup requests, data input of returns)
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain neat and clean appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Product knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented with accurate cash‑counting ability
- Math and reading comprehension skills
