Maintenance and Reliability Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Manager in Halethorpe, MD! Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate in the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Relevant maintenance or reliability experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven supervisory and people‑leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TTB, and EH&S regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive process efficiencies
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance metrics

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems, preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and downtime tracking
• Experience supporting capital projects and equipment installation/startup
• Familiarity with beverage processing and related production equipment
• Master's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Compensation: up to $105,717 - $158,576 (dependent on years of experience)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
