SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial and pricing models for various business units and projects, evaluate product margins and deal profitability.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
- Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA Preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- $85,000 – $120,000 salary with annual bonus potential
