This is a hands‑on, field‑based leadership role for someone who thrives on building business from the ground up, solving operational problems, and closing high‑value, custom solutions. - Personally prospect, open, and close new business through cold, in‑person outreach and on‑site discovery
- Partner with customers to understand operations and position custom, engineered solutions
- Participate directly in solution development, presentations, and complex financial negotiations
- Manage long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Set expectations for activity, pipeline management, and sales execution through example
- 1–5 years of experience in complex B2B sales, preferably within industrial, automation, or technical environments
- Proven success selling non‑commoditized, custom or engineered solutions with long sales cycles
- Strong hunter mentality with comfort in cold calling and face‑to‑face prospecting
- Demonstrated leadership or player‑coach experience
- Solid business and financial acumen with negotiation experience
Willingness to work in‑office, travel locally, and overnight approximately 15% of the time
